Melinda has worked in the Real Estate business for the past 26 years. She is a graduate of The University of Georgia with a BFA degree in Interior Design. She fell in Love with Athens and made it her home after college. Melinda is a member of the Athens Area Association of REALTORS, The National Association or Realtors and Georgia MLS. . She is also a proud recipient of The Presidents Award, Bronze Phoenix Award, and the Athens Area Association Circle of Achievement award. She has helped young couples purchase their first home, helped veterans get into a home with VA financing, found handicapped accessible homes , helped a widow or widower find a new home during difficult times, or sold their home that they raised their family in, helped empty nesters downsize or find a home closer to their children. She has helped many parents with college students find a safe place to put their children for 4 years. Melinda resides in Clarke County with her husband Wes. They have two daughters who grew up in Athens and Four Rescue Pets.
