Ms. Garlock is focused on increasing office tenant occupancy by creating strategic marketing/branding plans for her products. She is also responsible for negotiating and managing the entire life cycle of lease transactions on behalf of numerous Landlords. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Garlock spent a few years with CBRE Atlanta’s Corporate Account Team where she actively managed over 2M square feet in real estate portfolios for national clients such as, Regions Bank, Ernst & Young, Core & Main, and BB&T now Truist.
