Melanie Cersosimo joined Newmark in 2018 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s Boston office. As a member of the Downtown Office Leasing Team, Melanie plays a critical role in servicing both landlords and tenants throughout the Boston market. She conducts property tours for clients, showing space and discussing property specifications, and develops proposals in collaboration with other team members. Melanie is also responsible for providing a range and client services. She participates in the formulation and strategy for marketing properties and expanding business, further specializing in the design and maintenance of marketing materials, including pitches, presentations and assorted building collateral. Her team-first mentality, determination, and attention to detail makes her a highly reliable teammate and vital asset to the 17-person Downtown Team.
Melanie is a current member of the Commercial Brokers Association and is involved in Boston’s Future Leaders program. This initiative fosters professional development and networking opportunities.
Melanie is a member of the Emerging Leaders Council of the Corey Griffin Foundation. This council is comprised of young professionals in the Boston area who serves as strategic volunteers for a two-year period.
