Bio
Megan is a director of transaction management for Savills Occupier Services group, which provides a full range of integrated real estate services and consistently delivers any type of real estate assignment on a domestic and global basis. Megan partners with occupiers to integrate subject matter expertise, market knowledge, and consulting efforts into the real estate process. Prior to joining Savills in 2020, Megan was a Senior Associate for Colliers International for over three years where she handled local and multi-market clients with their real estate and portfolio management needs. During her time there, she represented occupiers in every stage of business from early stage startups to large publicly traded companies. Megan helped addressed the unique needs of those companies across a complex real estate landscape. Megan also worked as a Legal and Compliance Director prior to her career in commercial real estate at a local technology firm. Megan is currently involved as an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (“CREW”), University of Tampa Board of Counselors, and Eckerd Connectors. In addition, Megan serves as Co-Sponsorship Chair for 2020 Women on Boards Tampa Chapter and volunteers her time at local animal shelters.
