Mechelle Downing is the Regional Director of Colliers International Northeast Florida. She is responsible for a portfolio of more than 1 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties. Mechelle has more than 14 years of broad ranging hands-on experience in commercial property management including; cost efficient management of departmental budgets, projects, operation logistics, new business development and daily management of multiple off-site operations. She has been successful in providing leadership, motivation, training and direct supervision of employees.
Mechelle is a dedicated and flexible team player with excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
Prior to joining Colliers Mechelle was with CB Richard Ellis for more than 3 years as the Associate Director - Commercial Property Management of approximately 3 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space in the Jacksonville Market where Mechelle consistently provided exceptional oversight in the delivery of services clients, as well as acted as a local resource for all management and transaction personnel in Jacksonville.
