Bio
In my free time you can find me rolling through Loveland in my 1962 pink Cadillac, named Lucille, skateboarding at Mehaffey Park, sampling the craft beers in Loveland, attending concerts, travelling overseas with my daughter or walking my beloved dog, June Carter, who rescued me several years ago. Many people in the roller derby community still know me as “Poison Divey” and if I have to hip-check another broker or buyer I will be prepared with those talents as well.

After 10 years of working in the luxury real estate marketing business I decided to switch over to the selling side of the real estate business. I was super excited to try out the marketing strategies and networking that I had been preaching for years – plus I couldn’t sit in an office for 8+ hours a day anymore. I decided I wanted to be more involved with the clients and I knew I had a talent for real estate. My passion for my community, my out-going personality and my need to find the right home for the right buyers and sellers was genuinely enjoyable. In my first year as a REALTOR® I earned the ‘Leading Edge’ award for being among the top 7% in the Nation for production from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. As such, not only was I having fun at work, my talents were acknowledged by colleagues.

My favorite part about real estate is that every client presents a new challenge for me. I find that if I truly listen to my clients and utilize my skills, I can get the result – the smiling faces standing before the home of their dreams. I get to be a small part of helping clients accomplish their dreams and I almost always make a life-long friend. I believe each of my clients have been special and taught me to be better.

Community Involvement
I was raised in Loveland, Colorado and while I have lived various places I keep coming back. Now as a professional within the community I grew up, I feel a great sense of responsibility to give back and improve Loveland. One of the causes I feel passionately about is Project Self-Sufficiency. It lends a much needed helping hand to single parents to go to school, receive support in every way as they become self-sufficient and get ahead in life. Having been a young single mother who raised a (strong-willed) daughter, I know how hard it is to move past hurdles and the importance of guidance and a strong support network. Without this service, many of these parents would be stuck in a poverty cycle. I donate money from each closing to Project Self Sufficiency.

As a founding member of the Loveland Rotary Satellite Club and Board Member Treasurer, I am able to take some of my free time to further give back to help with the local home challenged population.
