Meagan Ariel Lantinga has been in the real estate industry for over twelve years. Born and raised in the heart of Buckhead in Atlanta Ga., Meagan Lantinga grew up with a family filled with brokers, developers, architects, and interior designers. Real estate became embedded in Meagan at a young age, so it was only natural that she became knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate world.
After Graduating from Woodward Academy 2002, she attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where she received a B.A in Advertising and a minor in Psychology. While attending college full time, she was recruited by a broker in 2003 and got her real estate license. She worked on a luxury home sales team with her broker and sold 1.5 million in the last three months before moving back to her beloved town Atlanta.
She has continued her real estate career by using her experience in property management, project management, negotiation skills to help get the best for her clients. She has assisted with luxury renovations of a $1 million plus and experienced overseeing many construction projects from start to finish.
Meagan Lantinga has been an ongoing member of the Atlanta Realtors Association for 10 years. She is a proud member of Peachtree Presbyterian Church and a volunteer of the Humane Society. She also spends her very spare time traveling, running, and enjoying the outdoors as much as she can.
