McKenzie started with the RPRE team from it 2021 origination. Her focus is on all thing’s operations & growth related – there is not a piece of the company that isn’t under her watchful eye!
She has been immersed in the real estate industry since 2015 with a background is in all things real estate from being a Licensed Realtor®, an office manager of a boutique real estate brokerage and owning a real estate transaction management company that has expanded across 7+ states! McKenzie prides herself in always learning more about the evolving industry and growing her own knowledge to better the team and offer a competitive edge to our client. She enjoys reviewing and tweaking company systems to look for streamlining opportunities that are both time-efficient to maximize the companies’ resources and abilities.
When McKenzie is away from her desk, she enjoys being with her husband and two daughters outside on their family farm. She enjoys reading – both for fun and for work, gardening and riding their horses with her daughters. Her family is involved with their local riding club and enjoy engaging themselves within their community.
