Bio
Mayra Beier is a Transaction Specialist with CBRE’s El Paso / Cd. Juárez office, where she is an integral part of the regional industrial & logistics team. Mayra is actively involved in all advisory projects, including sales and leasing assignments, from project initiation to close-out. She is also the primary operational liaison between the El Paso / Cd. Juárez and San Diego / Tijuana offices and the CBRE operations team in México City. Her expertise on creating and implementing the legal and administrative support processes between the U.S. and México makes Mayra the only person in CBRE performing this role. Mayra is bilingual in Spanish and English, which has been beneficial in the direct interaction with tenants and landlords across México and the border region.
Beyond her support of the transaction team, Mayra leads some of CBRE’s events throughout the year, including the Index Golf Tournament in Cd. Juárez, México.
Mayra is also the Chapter Leader for HOLA in El Paso and a formerly Board Member of HOLA as the Finance and Budget Chair. Mayra was part of HOLA’s Events and Communications Committees and was actively involved with HOLA’s worldwide events. In 2022 and 2023 Mayra participated in two HOLA Mundial calls in Spanish as a moderator, with panelists and CBRE leaders in Spain, London, México City, Argentina and Chile.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2014, Mayra was an administrative assistant at WinnCompanies, a national multifamily developer and property management company based in Boston.
Mayra was born and raised in Cd. Juárez, México and is an Honors Graduate from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, where she earned her Bachelor’s in International Business.
She lived in Boston for 12 years before moving to El Paso in 2014.
