Maxime Foucaud is Vice President with CBRE Montréal’s National Investment Team. Beginning his career in real estate as a Financial Analyst, Maxime has acquired years of experience through underwriting and executing complex real estate transactions, ranging from commercial properties to development sites.
Working in partnership with Scott Speirs, Maxime has worked on over $4 billion in real estate transactions, including some of the most notable files in the history of the Province of Québec. With his financial background and experience on complex files, he provides the best advisory on the acquisition and disposition of all office and retail investment assets in the Greater Montréal Area, and the Province of Québec.
