Bio
Maurice Molcho was born to be in real estate. As a young child, he started going on listing appointments with his father, learning the business from the master, Ron Molcho. Maurice started working in the office answering phones at 16 and had his real estate license by 26. He has been in the business ever since and will soon receive his Broker’s license.
Maurice believes in constant training and advanced learning. He is certified as a Resort and Second Property Specialists (RSPS) with the resources and knowledge to help clients with the more complex investment, retirement or second home real estate transactions.
Maurice is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) with training that allows him to hunt for the perfect property or prospects for clients locally or anywhere around the globe.
Mr. Molcho serves as the Director at the Staten Island Board of Realtors and currently oversees SIBOR’s Young Professionals Network Committee.
Maurice prides himself on making the transactions as easy as possible for buyers and sellers by walking them through the entire transaction. He is honored that so many of his clients refer him to their family and friends.

Born in Manhattan, Maurice grew up in Brooklyn and Ocean Township. He currently lives in Ocean Township with his wife, Gloria, and their two children, Ronnie and Alyssa. Maurice is passionate about real estate but still finds time for family and fun. When not showing properties, you can find Maurice behind the scenes honing his skills in audio engineering, event planning, music or snowboarding!
