Bio
As Vice President of Development and Sales, Matthia leads Northern’s development initiatives including land acquisitions, leasing, strategic joint ventures, and sales. Matthias has extensive experience in site feasibility analysis, development and design-build management, sourcing and site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, contract negotiation, financial underwriting, and business development. Prior to joining Northern, Matthias was the Vice President of Development for CRG’s Midwest and Ohio Valley Regions where he was responsible for overseeing all commercial development operations across 10 states and leading over $1.0 billion of new development.
Matthias holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management with a Minor in Business from Illinois State University. Matthias is an active participant in NAIOPs local and national chapters.
