Matt joined the Central London Leasing team in August 2014, having spent three years at Montagu Evans, where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
Now at Cushman & Wakefield, Matt continues to advise landlords including LandSec, Derwent London, WeWork, British Land, and Standard Life Aberdeen on office development, refurbishments, leasing and marketing campaigns.
He has also acted for a number of high profile occupiers, including Apple, Wasserman Media Group and Centerview Partners.
