Bio
Matthew runs the investment team in Manchester, working closely with the national investment team based in London, Edinburgh and Glasgow. He advises commercial property investors on the acquisition and disposal of property in the North of England.
The team has a strong overseas investor client focus, including a number of German Investors, with prime regional office investment requirements, in addition to the more traditional UK Institutional client base.
Matthew has advised clients on strategies to improve value and has also bought and sold investments for a number of institutional and private investor clients. He has also advised occupiers such as Aegon and Pregis (Jiffy) raise capital, by creating sale and leaseback investments.
