Matt is heavily involved in every development project and leads all commercial real estate transactions for the company. He manages an experienced team of commercial agents and is responsible for oversight of the commercial leasing strategy and programming for all of the company’s properties. In addition, Matt oversees many of the company’s development-related real estate acquisitions.
Matt’s extensive real estate experience gives him a unique perspective that provides a competitive advantage to all Crawford Hoying projects. He has a genuine interest in building and maintaining tenant relationships, which has driven vibrancy and revenue in every community he has helped to develop.
