Matt Spear joined CBRE as a Transaction Manager on the Advisory & Transaction Service Team dedicated to the Bank of the West account. Prior to CBRE, Matt was an associate at Avison Young assisting regional financial institutions with their retail and office occupancy requirements, as well as representing institutional buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of net lease properties. At Avison Young, Matt was named a top 10 performing broker in the Southern California region for several months in 2019-2020. In his 5-year career, Matt has completed over a 200 lease and sale transactions in 20 states.
Matt is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics. Matt is member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association contributing to the undergraduate mentorship program.
