Mr. Seeley joined IPO after a distinguished career in the commercial real estate leasing industry, specializing in retail site selection and tenant placement. He held a primary leadership role with Ludwig & Seeley, a well-respected boutique brokerage firm in Metro Detorit, and later with the Ludwig Seeley Retail Team at Colliers International Detroit. His duties included overseeing technology, marketing and the growth of the brokerage team. Matthew worked with many prominent landlords, developers, REIT’s and municipalities in their efforts to develop, lease, buy, and sell commercial real estate, with expansive geographic reach having assisted his clients in 20 others states including Ohio, Minnesota, Colorado, Washington, Texas, Florida, Georgia and Indiana. He has represented many national retailers including GFS Marketplace, Verizon, Kmart, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Rite Aid, Noodles & Co, Marathon, Speedway, Naf Naf Grill, Pieology, Family Video, Famous Dave’s, Subway, Advance Auto, Biggby Coffee, Pet Supplies Plus, Buffalo Wild Wings and many others.
Matthew utilizes his background in computer programming and technological expertise to provide our clients with extensive mapping and market studies to assist in the research and underwriting of multifamily investment opportunities. These skill sets make Mr. Seeley a unique asset to IPO and our clients, as he is charged with the task of helping our business development and to deliver cutting-edge technology to our brokerage information and marketing systems.
