A 3rd generation Angeleno, Matthew has grown up in Los Angeles’s diverse communities and owned several successful businesses in the city he calls home. Traveling the globe internationally as a DJ has provided Matthew with rich cultural experiences and perspectives plus the skills to consistently exceed expectations in high stakes environments. For years, Matthew owned and operated a premiere creative space in Los Angeles, focused on delivering high-quality client experiences for an array of unique projects.
2020 is when Matthew’s interest in real estate peaked, founding a top location service that serves the needs of the production (TV, film, commercial, editorial) and event worlds. By merging his connections with commercial property and business owners, he addresses the location needs of the production and entertainment industries.
Matthew is excited to bring his 360 approach to Figure 8. Bringing dynamic experience with in person tours of properties, meeting prospects, building relationships, deal negotiations and actively listening for where he can service client needs.
