Bio
Matt Patterson specializes in tenant representation for commercial real estate transactions throughout the Raleigh–Durham region. Matt joined Savills in March 2015 as a managing director in the Raleigh office. As a tenant advisor, Matt works with corporate, industrial and retail clients to achieve optimal financial and operational results. Matt brings extensive international experience to Savills, having lived and worked numerous years in Latin America and Asia. He is also fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Prior to joining Savills, Matt was the director of research and general manager in the Raleigh office of Coleman Research, a financial services firm that provides institutional investors and consulting firms with access to subject-matter experts worldwide. During his eight-year tenure, he held numerous management roles and was responsible for the opening and build-out of the Hong Kong and Raleigh offices.
