Matthew McKeever is an associate within CBRE Capital Markets and works exclusively with Matt Bittick, who focuses on institutional clients and properties valued above $10M. Matthew’s role on the Private Capital Investment Sales Team is to target properties valued from $2M to $10M.
His primary responsibilities include sourcing, structuring, and marketing a variety of investment property transactions; financial modeling; and evaluating potential transactions and developments for feasibility. The focus is on dispositions, joint ventures, re-capitalizations and advisory services for office, industrial, medical, retail, multifamily, land, and special purpose properties. The team’s collective career transaction volume experience is more than $5.5 billion.
Prior to joining CBRE, Matthew spent four years at Colliers Hawaii, where he worked on executing lease transactions and business development for various clients. His primary focus was on retail assets, specifically with big box anchors, junior anchors, outparcel and inline users. In this role, Matthew received hands-on training in Landlord and Tenant representation and gained extensive knowledge in the Hawaii market. This experience allowed Matthew to build strong relationships at a local, regional, and national levels.
Born and raised in Central Florida, Matthew relocated to Honolulu shortly after high school. He is a University of Hawaii at Manoa graduate and currently resides in East Honolulu. Matthew is involved in several community groups, non-profits, and professional organizations. Outside of his career in Commercial Real Estate, he enjoys surfing, diving, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
