Matthew Kot is a First Vice President at CBRE Affordable Housing. He was previously a Vice President–Real Estate Investment Consultant with Wells Fargo Private Bank’s Real Estate Asset Management group where Matt led a regional team placing Wells Fargo’s high net worth clients into separate account investment property acquisitions. Matt has also served in other roles that include leading ground lease negotiations on behalf of the County of Los Angeles for an 88-parcel portfolio valued in excess of $1 billion and as an owner/developer, acquisitions officer, and broker throughout his career. At CBRE Affordable Housing, Matt’s primary focus is on business development and transaction execution working on affordable real estate transactions throughout the country.
