Working with major multinational corporations for the past 13 years, Matt has developed expertise in both strategic planning and execution within office leasing, industrial leasing and investment sales. Since 2018, Matt has negotiated over $70 million dollars in investment sales, along with over 600,000 square feet of office lease transactions and over 1,000,000sf of industrial lease transactions -in all cases, representing the user occupier.
Matt was also personally selected to be a member of the Colliers Corporate Solutions platform. The Colliers Corporate Solutions Group is a network of the world’s top consultants, that specialize in portfolio management for clients across the world, utilizing and implementing customized technology platforms for national and multinational corporations.
