Mr. Jansen has over 25 years of experience in the home-building industry. During that time, he’s been involved with the development and completion of over 90 infill communities across California. He has extensive experience in both land development and vertical construction in communities ranging from large lot single family detached homes to high density podium communities.
Prior to joining City Ventures, Mr. Jansen worked for The Olson Company, where he served as Vice President of Purchasing while managing the state-wide purchasing operation. Mr. Jansen also worked with The Irvine Company (California Pacific Homes and Irvine Apartment Communities division) as a Project Manager.
Mr. Jansen received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from San Diego State University.
