Matthew Holiday, CAI, is the founder of Holiday Auctions, and the former Broker in Charge of Holiday Auction & Realty LLC. Matt specializes in the sale of commercial, land, and residential real estate properties at auction. He has been in the auction and real estate business for over 20 years. Matt currently serves as Chairman of the South Carolina Auctioneers Commission for the SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, having been appointed by the Governor to serve on the Commission in 2011. He is a past President of the South Carolina Auctioneers Association and is a licensed auctioneer in South Carolina and North Carolina.
