Matt Harris is a member of Investment Properties-SoCal/Phoenix, considered one of the premier investment sales brokerage teams in the Pacific Western Unites States. He specializes in the disposition, joint-venture, recapitalization and advisory services for office, industrial, and medical office throughout the San Diego region. Since 2015, the team has sold 221 transactions valued at over $3.5 billion. Matt provides local market expertise and executes marketing strategies for the team’s portfolio of listings.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2018, Matt attended the University of San Diego where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate.
