Matt Hargrove is a Vice Chairman within CBRE’s Global Occupier Services Group. He currently leads one of CBRE’s largest Brokerage and Transaction Management platforms, which provides brokerage, transaction management, strategic advisory, and lease administration services to multiple Fortune 500 Corporations occupying more than 400 million square feet of corporate real estate and facilities in more than 80 countries around the world.
In 2017, Mr. Hargrove ranked as one of the top 25 professionals in the world in brokerage production at CBRE while capturing the top producing professional title in the Western Region. Over the last decade Matt has consistently ranked in the “Top 20 Producing Brokers” in the Nation and has been awarded the “Colbert Coldwell Circle Award” numerous times. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Hargrove spent 20 years at Cushman & Wakefield where he was an Executive Vice President and a top producer. Mr. Hargrove was ranked one of the top producing brokers in the nation and was awarded both the “Top Commercial Broker” and the “Leading Brokerage Professional” at C&W.
Mr. Hargrove has represented numerous Fortune 500 Companies providing real estate services including transaction management, strategic portfolio advisory consulting, market analyses, operational assessments and benchmarking.
Mr. Hargrove has served Warner Media and many of its divisions including Warner Bros., Time Inc., Turner Broadcasting/CNN, Time Warner Cable, TMZ, HBO, and AOL. In addition, Matt has represented major firms including Verizon, Yahoo, Verizon Media Group, Frontier Communications, NXP, Informatica, Extreme Networks, Amgen, Kellogg’s, General Motors, Vivitar, Wang Computer, Procter & Gamble, Sears, Lockheed Martin, National Data Corp., The Stroh Brewery Company, Philips Electronics, Pfizer, AMB, Westinghouse Corporation, Siemens and ITT Industries. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Hargrove has leased and sold space in excess of 1.5B square feet.
