Matthew Hanson joined CBRE in early 2019 as a Research Analyst where he studied the Edmonton market, accumulating a strong understanding of trends and opportunities therein. From there, he was quickly picked up by the Edmonton Retail Advisory team as a sales representative. Matthew specializes in both retail leasing and sales transactions for both the downtown and suburban Edmonton markets. During his time with CBRE, Matthew has cultivated strong relationships with both landlords and tenants, giving him a well-rounded and well informed approach to real estate transactions.
Born and raised in Edmonton, Matthew has developed a passion for his hometown and enjoys seeing the growth and change the city has enjoyed over the years. Matthew started his career in the automotive sector, where he developed his skills in customer service with a particular focus on relationship building to yield results.
