Licensed in 2003, Matthew found a new life passion in helping people with their housing needs. A self-proclaimed “training junkie”, Matthew dived into every opportunity to learn and grow in his new endeavor.
Matthew married in 2007, and then one year later, as the housing market turned, he pursued a lifelong interest in aviation and the military by enlisting in the North Carolina Army National Guard. A remarkable journey in uniform led to OCS and US Army flight school, as Matthew learned to pilot UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters.
Returning to the real estate business in 2013, Matthew joined Coldwell Banker MECA Realty, where he built a Team of 6 brokers. Together with his Team, Matthew closed over $34M in sales in 2017.
In Spring 2018, Matthew and his Team became a boutique real estate firm and opened a new office in Gastonia. The have exciting plans together for 2018 and beyond.
