Matthew Franciosi began his career early in the investment side of real estate. Since 2011 he has managed, developed, and is currently still invested in numerous real estate deals including hotels, industrial, residential, and commercial retail properties.
Matt joined Encore Real Estate Investment Services to expand his expertise into the investment brokerage industry. His experience in the investment world gives him the background in understanding the needs of his clients. Matt lives by the adage of “Focusing completely on making the right deal for my client is what drives me every day”
Matt holds a bachelor’s degree from Oakland University and prior to entering the real estate world worked for both Chrysler and Compuware.
