Matt Fetter joined Baum Realty Group in July of 2011 after serving as a real estate broker for five years at Johnson Controls. At Baum, Matt is the Managing Director of the National Real Estate Services team and represents clients such as Duluth Trading Company, The Boiling Crab, Aurelio’s Pizza nationally, as well as other concepts in the Chicagoland market. He specializes in planning, executing, and managing real estate transactions throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Baum Realty Group, Matt was a director for the Real Estate Brokerage Team with Johnson Controls, Inc. He has independently completed over 3 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions.
Matt is a licensed real estate broker, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and for a number of years has been a mentor at Chicago Youth Centers.
Matt earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado.
