Matthew Dakoske's 40 years of experience led him to create a collaborative team environment. His clients become members of the team and family thereby benefiting from his expertise to reach their real estate goals. Personally, Matthew enjoys sharing his real estate experience, analytical skills, and negotiation strategies as he mentors agents and supports his clients.
Having lived in Traverse City since 1969 and raised two amazing daughters there, he provides his clients with a great deal of knowledge about the 5 area counties- Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, Antrim, and Kalkaska.
As a member of the Traverse Area Association of Realtors, the Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, Matthew held leadership roles at multiple levels over the years. Additionally, he is a member of the Traverse City Area Chamber of Commerce. By actively participating in these organizations, he strives to help his clients make educated decisions about buying and selling residential and commercial property.
He is proud to have volunteered his leadership with Grand Traverse area community organizations that work to help those in need in Northern Michigan.
