Since joining the firm, Matt has managed numerous multifamily and commercial renovation and construction projects in Washington, DC, including major capital improvements and renovation of a 118-unit high rise apartment building with tenants in place as well as a fully occupied 305-unit apartment building.
Matt was a member of the ownership and development team that converted the Capitol Hill Hospital into a 138-unit luxury apartment building as well as the team rebuilding a 53-unit apartment building devastated by a fire. His commercial projects include the repositioning of an iconic 1970’s office building with modern common areas including restrooms and HVAC and similar renovation of a 1980’s office building.
Matt manages the construction loan and development process, and reviews and approves architectural drawings for our clients. In addition, he is active in the leasing and sale of commercial office space in the Washington, DC market.
Matt is a licensed real estate broker in the District of Columbia and a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland and Virginia
