With over 30 years of industry experience, Matt is one of the firm’s leading brokers and is group head of Integrated Consulting Strategies. Matt is primarily focused on creating and implementing large strategic plans for occupiers by integrating best-in-class subject matter experts in fields of workforce, workplace, construction, legal and finance. These specialists include Brad Wolk, Brian Boyd, Nate Brzozowski, Herman Dodson, Pete Cento, Ariel Wolf and Whitney Owens. Since joining the firm in 1989, Matt has collaborated with some of the largest companies and law firms in New York City and across the country. The creation of ‘city strategic plans’ is a specialty of Matt’s, highlighted by his work twice for Time Warner’s 5 million square-foot NY portfolio (in 1996-2004 and 2010-2014), Ralph Lauren’s 2 million square-foot tri-state portfolio (2002-2019) and Tiffany & Company’s 1.5 million square-foot tri-state portfolio (1992-2019). His law firm representation includes Covington, Kirkland & Ellis, Jones Day and Wachtell. His banking clients include Mizuho, Macquarie and Credit Agricole. Awards, Achievements and Activities Matt is an active volunteer with New York Cares, annually hosting a company coat drive, and internally organizes Savills’ team for the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge in Central Park. He ran three marathons as fund-raising events for Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Fred’s Team. Professionally, Matt was a member of the team awarded for the ‘Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award’ in 2007 for its representation of New York Law School and its Tribeca Campus redevelopment.
