Upon obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1999, Matthew R. Ziegler embarked on his career in Investment Real Estate at Marcus and Millichap's Encino Office. Over the course of more than two decades, Ziegler has cultivated a reputation as a leading top producing multifamily broker in Southern California. His relentless pursuit of new business opportunities has consistently enabled his clients to fulfill their financial objectives. Ziegler's extensive track record includes the successful closing of over 400 transactions, totaling over 2.5 billion dollars in apartment buildings sales throughout his career.
Prior to entering Investment Real Estate, Ziegler honed his skills in the Public Relations Industry, specializing in marketing and press relations. Since transitioning into the Real Estate Industry in the late 1990’s, he has achieved remarkable milestones, having sold more than 9,000 apartment units in over 80 cities throughout the United States, predominantly within the Southern California region. He has consistently earned the prestigious National Achievement Award, a testament to his exceptional performance as one of Marcus and Millichap's top agents nationwide.
