Matthew S. Whipple joined The Telos Group, LLC in 2020. Matt previously spent fifteen years with one of the top producing Tenant Representation teams at Newmark (“NMRK”) where he was a Director. Matt represented a wide range of clients in sectors including, legal (Chapman and Cutler, Nixon Peabody, Schiller DuCanto, McGuire Woods), finance (Angelo Gordon, BKD, Capco), pharma (Xeris, Iterum, Circassia), technology (HERE, Pure Storage, Cheetah Digital, Kapow), Public sector/non-profit (RTA, CMECU, Higher Learning Commission) and architecture/construction (Sheehan Nagle, Boldt, Pepper). Matt completed over 3 million RSF in assignments which included complex Headquarter consolidations in existing assets and ground up developments for HERE North America (280,000 RSF), Chapman and Cutler (98,000 RSF) and the Regional Transportation Authority (40,000 RSF). Matt focused on all aspects of real estate advisory work for his clients including corporate services, tenant representation, workplace strategy development and implementation, site selection, property disposition and acquisition, and financial analysis and modeling. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from DePauw University.
