Matt Warren is a Managing Director of Finance for Greystar, with responsibility for multifamily development and acquisition project capitalization and venture structuring in the US and Latin America.
Matt has been active in commercial real estate since 2005, with experience in banking, project finance, asset management, and brokerage. Prior to joining Greystar, Matt served as Finance Director at Johnson Development Associates, Inc., a privately-held national developer of multifamily, industrial, and self-storage assets. He has also worked in commercial real estate brokerage and banking. He has served on the board of the DC chapter of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Matt received his Master’s degree in Real Estate from the Johns Hopkins Edward St. John School of Real Estate, and his bachelor of arts degree in International Business from Wofford College.
