Matt is a partner and co-owner of NP Linnells looking after the development and commercial property agency side of the business. Matt specialises in the acquisition of development land for clients, development consultancy services and strategic land as well as general agency.
Matt’s previous role was as an Associate Director in the Development team at International Property Advisers, Savills. Prior to that, Matt was head of property auctions and principle auctioneer at Seel & Co Chartered Surveyors in Cardiff.
