Matt provides Landlord and Tenant representation services with a focus in commercial real estate throughout central and northern Vermont. Matt has been active in real estate for the past eleven years.
Prior to The Kingsland Company, Matt worked in commercial sales and leasing for Pomerleau Real Estate in Burlington, Vt. (2010-2016) and Commonwealth Commercial Partners in Richmond, Va. (2007-2010).
Before beginning his commercial real estate career, Matt worked in luxury property management for Rendezvous Mountain Rentals in Jackson Hole, WY (2005-2007).
Matt graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in Farmville, Virginia with a BA in Economics (2005). He has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for the past nine years and is currently a participant in the Leadership Champlain program with the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Matt currently lives in Burlington with his wife Chelsea and their two children (Grant & Dare).
