Matt specializes in tenant representation in the Houston, Texas market. He leverages JLL’s platform of market data, technology and site selection tools to identify and secure commercial real estate and mitigate risks for his clients. Matt provides a comprehensive approach to implementing a strategic real estate plan from market analysis and research to site selection and lease negotiations. His market expertise and up-to-date knowledge of local and national developments empower Matt to create opportunities for his clients to achieve their real estate objectives.
Matt brings a successful track record of sales achievements during his 15- year career. Prior to joining JLL, Matt was a tenant representation broker at CBRE. While at CBRE, he completed numerous leases and sales transactions with local, regional and national retailers. In addition to representing traditional retail clients, Matt diversified his business by assisting in the rapid expansion of a large medical organization throughout the Houston market. Matt originally started his career in retail brokerage with Phillips Edison and Company in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies in several million square feet of retail properties that spread throughout the Midwest. Matt was consistently among the top producers during his tenure at Phillips Edison.
