Matt is an Associate Broker with a strong understanding of commercial real estate market analysis, property acquisition and disposition, and commercial leasing. As a commercial broker, he has represented both local and national clients including Commercial Flooring Solutions, Alabama Education Association, Wasabi Juan's, and Beckum Law Group. His real estate experience includes serving as Qualifying Broker at a residential real estate and development firm in Birmingham and HOA/property management. As a Broker, he has sold over $16 million of residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate.
Prior to working in real estate, Matt spent four years in Risk Management and Global Trade Finance at two Birmingham-based banks. He holds an Alabama Brokers License and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
Matt grew up in Denver, Colorado and attended Birmingham-Southern College, graduating with a degree in Business Administration. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, and fly fishing. He also serves on the junior board of the Railroad Park Foundation.
