Matt Merrick joined Insight Commercial in 2022 specializing as a retail broker associate. Matt has worked in commercial real estate since 2006, dealing in the tenant representation, sales and acquisitions, and developer representation.
Prior to joining Insight Commercial, Matt worked for West Star Development where he focused on leasing, sales, and property management of multi-tenant grocery-anchored retail properties throughout Kansas and Missouri. Matt’s previous development knowledge gives him a unique ability to evaluate property for its highest and best use.
Before getting into the commercial real estate industry, Matt worked in the commercial landscaping industry working with developers and construction companies in the greater Kansas City area. Matt has been a life long Kansas resident with his wife Kate and two children Landon and Madison.
