He handles the marketing of specific properties including the development of marketing plans, owner updates, and lease & sale negotiation. Prior to re-joining Colliers as Executive Vice President, Matt served for eight years as Executive Vice President at JLL, ten years as a Senior Vice President in the industrial department at Colliers International, and three years at CB Richard Ellis.
