Matt Ligon is a life-long resident of Franklin, Tn. Inspired by his mother, Mary Frances Ligon, a 37 year veteran in real estate, he received his license in 1992. Matt has been selling real estate for 27 years and has been a managing broker in Williamson County for the past 21 years. He was elected to Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR); where he served on the Board of Directors for six year and was president in 2013. He received the Realtor of the Year Award from WCAR in 2011.
Matt stays involved with his community as a member of the Franklin Noon Rotary Club, serves on the Board of Trust at Battle Ground Academy and has previously been involved with TDOT’s advisory board for Mack Hatcher, Franklin Tomorrow and the Heritage Foundation. Matt, his wife and two children live in historic downtown Franklin.
