Matt joined The J. Beard Company as a Junior Broker/Research Analyst in 2018 and earned his Texas Real Estate License.
Currently, Matt leases several retail shopping centers across the north Houston area and is also engaged in land sales, retail sales, and tenant representation.
Matt has proven additional knowledge and expertise in providing BPO’s (Broker Price Opinions) for different investment grade and owner-user type properties for clients.
Previously, Matt was in sales with BonGeo Pharmaceuticals based in Dallas, Texas.
Matt is a graduate of Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
Matt enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, and being outdoors, especially at his family’s ranch near Centerville.
