Matt Hauser joined Northmarq as a Senior Associate in October 2022. Prior to that he was an associate at Avison Young from September 2017 until Septmeber 2022 to partner with Principal Peter Hauser specializing in Multi-family brokerage throughout Southern California. Before joining Avison Young, Matt was an Associate Director at Berkadia. Prior to that, he was drafted out of the University of San Diego in the seventh round of the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft by the Minnesota Twins and later played in the Baltimore Orioles organization.
