Matt Harnick began in real estate in January 1996, as a part-time investor-rehabber at the tender age of 24. Matt was licensed in 2006 and started with a smaller regional brokerage simply to buy more properties more quickly - and when the crash of 2008 came Matt entered real estate full-time as an agent. Thankfully Matt met with Keller Williams and hasn't looked back! Matt likes to say KW was not his first brokerage, and it'll be his last.
Matt is a 4th generation real estate professional! Born and raised in Philadelphia, moving into the suburbs. Matt has a huge family, lots of friends, and great centers of influence/past clients all over the five-county area. This has created tremendous knowledge of the area they call the Delaware Valley/Southeastern PA...and he is comfortable working throughout this region.
Having lived and worked in and around the Philadelphia real estate market most of his life, Matt understands what makes their community and the people who call it home so special. I’ve spent a lot of time in Montgomery County in particular, as it’s where Matt lives! I’ve lived here his whole life, going through the school system, marrying his wife and raising their kids in the schools, and giving back to the neighborhoods Matt grew up in. Helping their clients achieve their goals is a priority.
That’s what it takes to truly be a local real estate expert. Not just expertise in negotiation and marketing, but a love and understanding of their community and the people who live here.
