Matt has twenty years of Investment Sales experience and has been instrumental in the disposition of a number of high profile properties in Calgary. Working closely with senior members of the investment group, Matt has developed extensive relationships within both the institutional and private sector. Prior to joining Colliers, Matt worked in the Research Group valuing small cap equities for a boutique investment dealer. Matt joined Colliers International in the role of Senior Financial Analyst for the Calgary Investment Sales Group. Matt has expertise in all real estate asset classes including comprehensive asset underwriting, detailed financial, market and economic analysis and property due diligence. Matt is highly regarded within the real estate community for his analytical skill and extensive market knowledge. Over the past ten years, Matt has been involved in the underwriting and marketing of over 80 transactions valued in excess of one Billion dollars. Matt is a member of Calgary’s Investment Sales Group and works closely as a team unit with his partner Eric Horvath. This unique team approach offers a provides a wide knowledge base with over 25 years of combined market experience.
