Matt Fergus is a Vice President within Lincoln Property Company’s Office Leasing Group, specializing in representing Landlords with the leasing and marketing of office properties throughout Atlanta.
Matt began his real estate career as a student intern with Cushman & Wakefield’s Inc. Research Team, in Atlanta. Following graduation from the University of Georgia, Matt joined Lincoln Property Company’s Office Leasing Group. Over the past eight years Matt has added value to office properties throughout Atlanta for Institutional and Private Owners. Matt works directly on the leasing of over 2.5 million SF of office product throughout Atlanta. Current and previous clients include B Group Capital Management, Redline Property Partners, ICM Realty Group, Crestlight Capital, TerraCap, and GlenField Capital. Matt has completed over 200 transactions valued at over $146 million.
Professionally, Matt is a licensed salesperson in the State of Georgia and an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million-dollar club and Young Council of Realtors (YCR).
Matt received his BBA in Real Estate from The University of Georgia. He is originally from Peachtree City, Georgia.
