Matt Elliott is Executive Vice President and Principal at NAI Robert Lynn, focusing on the South Dallas Market and specializing in the Mercantile, Lone Star, Turnpike, Redbird, Pinnacle Industrial Park's and in the development areas in the Southern I-20 Corridor. The combination of Matt’s professional work ethic, energy, enthusiasm and integrity help him forge long-term and productive relationships with his clients. Matt employs his full market knowledge to give clients the opportunity to make fully informed decisions based on all existing options in the market. He is able to accomplish this by not only tracking every available building and deal that occurs, but also by knowing every tenant and owner. This knowledge allows Matt to make the best deal for each of his clients. By focusing on the core business needs of his clients, he provides optimal and individualized real estate solutions.
Matt began his career with NAI Robert Lynn in 2004 immediately following his Graduation from DePaul University. Working in conjunction with Craig Jones, he was able to learn the South Dallas Industrial Market firsthand. Prior to joining NAI Robert Lynn, Matt worked in the investment sales division at Marcus & Millichap in Chicago, Illinois. This experience fueled his understanding of the importance of both market specialization and market knowledge.
Matt was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas. He obtained a degree in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago. Now back at home in Texas, Matt has a comprehensive understanding of the Dallas community. Attuned to each client’s goals and needs, Matt works to build success and satisfaction in every relationship.
