With over 24 years of real estate experience, property owners/investors can rely on him for honest and expert advice when marketing and selling their real estate assets. Through hard work, his goal is to provide clients with the thorough market knowledge needed to help make highly informed investment decisions.
Teaming with partners in Colliers National Self Storage Group and Colliers National Multifamily Advisory Group, his primary focus is helping clients with the acquisition or disposition of self storage facilities and multifamily properties. However, given his extensive valuation experience across most real estate classes (office, retail, industrial, special purpose, etc.), he has the expertise to market and sell these property types as well.
In 1992, he started my career working on the valuation side of the business completing real estate valuation and consulting services on properties throughout Northeast Ohio for Davis, Ferguson & Associates (a family owned commercial and industrial real estate valuation business started in 1981). He was owner and President of Davis, Ferguson & Associates from 2007-2017 before joining Colliers Capital Markets Group.
Overall, his unique background and in-depth analytic skills have served him well within the industry enabling him to accurately measure how assets are viewed by today’s investment market.
